Open the Tender Type Offers page, select a line and click Edit.
The Tender Type Offer is an offer that is connected to a tender type. If the customer pays with that tender type the offer is triggered. The offer is only valid for the items that are listed in the Lines FastTab.
In the following example a 3% discount is given for all items:
Either Tender Offer % or Tender Offer Amount can be specified.
Settings for Tender Type Offer
Selecting the drop down list in the Prompt for Action field gives the following options: None or Ask for Tender Type. If None is selected then the offer is triggered and applied automatically. If the Ask for Tender Type is selected, a pop-up window will appear on the POS when Total is pressed and the Tender Type Offer must be selected and confirmed.
If more than one Tender Type Offers are triggered then they are listed with the lowest price at the top.
Note: If the customer accepts a tender type offer the transaction is concluded and no further alterations can be made.
